Life can often throw far more than we as mere humans can begin to handle.
The good news is, God never meant for you to handle even a portion of what we struggle with alone. We in fact should probably take our hands off the problem and just give it to God.

You've no doubt heard the phrase, "Just put it in Gods hands". Sounds easy enough doesn't it? Our problem is we tend to take the problem back when we get impatient and believe that God isn't moving quickly enough or doing enough.
We need to give our concerns to God and leave them in his more than capable hands. Who are we to think that we can begin to do anything better than he? Put it in the Jesus Box! Results Guaranteed!
"Be Anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God" Philippians 4:6
"prayer and supplication" Websters definition - to make a humble and earnest request. We are instructed to make our needs, concerns and problems known to God.
"with thanksgiving" We should begin instantly thanking God for taking care of our concerns and needs. I thank God that though I do not know his time table or perhaps how he is going to go about working on my particular problem, I do know that he will do what is best and his solution is always ALWAYS far beyond what I could have imagined!!
